Hi, I’m Jeremy kelln, ceo of texas llc experts.

I am an experienced Tax Specialist with over 20 years experience in forming LLC’s, preparing and filing taxes for individuals and small business owners, real estate investing, and tax strategies to maximize capital while minimizing tax liabilities.

I was born and raised in Amarillo, Texas. I attended Tascosa High school and graduated with my Bachelors Degree in Finance from West Texas A&M University in 2001. The Lord has blessed me with my very special wife and two boys, nine and four. Family means everything to us, and we enjoy traveling to the ocean, praying together, and laughing together as much as possible! Laughter is medicine for the soul!

When I have free time, I enjoy high intensity workouts like crossfit, sprinting, and boxing. I enjoy traveling with my family and making memories that will last a lifetime.

My plan for opening the doors to Texas LLC Experts is to help every single small business owner save money on taxes and put themselves in the most advantageous position to gain capital! Over the past 20 years, I have personally invested and helped clients invest in the real estate market, the stock market, the tax market, and the LLC market. My goal is to share this wealth of knowledge with every single person I come into contact with.
