We charge a one time fee of $1,500.00 + Secretary of the State Filing fees. This includes all of the preparation and filing with the Internal revenue service, The S-Corp Election and the SOS, as well as the creation of your operating agreement, certificate of LLC formation, election status forms, power of attorney forms, and a lifetime representation from myself and my firm in the event that your business was ever audited. I also offer a discount on your annual tax preparation and filing if you have allowed me to form and file your LLC.
